حذف حساب CardMaster

التطبيق: CardMaster for MikroTik

تشرح هذه الصفحة كيفية حذف حسابك في تطبيق CardMaster for MikroTik والبيانات المرتبطة به. يمكنك حذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق.

خطوات حذف الحساب

افتح التطبيق.
سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
افتح الإعدادات.
انتقل إلى قسم الحساب.
اضغط «حذف الحساب».
أكّد عملية الحذف.

ماذا يحدث عند حذف الحساب

حذف حساب Firebase Authentication الخاص بك.
حذف ملفك الشخصي (بيانات المستخدم).
حذف بياناتك المرتبطة بالحساب من Cloud Firestore.
حذف بياناتك السحابية المرتبطة بحسابك.
إلغاء الوصول إلى الميزات المدفوعة بعد انتهاء الاشتراك أو إلغائه وفق نظام Google Play.

⚠️ عملية حذف الحساب نهائية ولا يمكن التراجع عنها.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات (Data Retention)

تُحذف البيانات المرتبطة بالحساب عند تنفيذ عملية الحذف.
قد يتم الاحتفاظ فقط بالبيانات التي يفرض القانون أو متطلبات المحاسبة الاحتفاظ بها — إن وجدت — وللمدة المطلوبة قانوناً فقط.
لا يتم الاحتفاظ بكلمات المرور كنصّ صريح؛ يدير Firebase Authentication بيانات تسجيل الدخول.

🔒 لأمانك: لا نطلب في هذه الصفحة كتابة أي كلمة مرور. تتم عملية الحذف حصراً من داخل التطبيق بعد تسجيل دخولك الآمن.

Delete CardMaster Account

This page explains how to delete your account in CardMaster for MikroTik and its associated data. You can delete your account yourself from within the app.

How to delete your account

Open the app.
Sign in to your account.
Open Settings.
Go to the Account section.
Tap “Delete Account”.
Confirm the deletion.

What deleting your account does

Deletes your Firebase Authentication account.
Deletes your user profile.
Deletes your account-related data from Cloud Firestore.
Deletes your cloud data associated with the account.
Revokes access to paid features after the subscription ends or is cancelled, per Google Play.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data Retention

Data associated with the account is deleted when the deletion is performed.
Only data that law or accounting requirements mandate to retain — if any — may be kept, and only for the legally required period.
Plain-text passwords are not retained; Firebase Authentication manages sign-in credentials.

🔒 For your security, this page never asks for any password. Deletion happens only inside the app after your secure sign-in.
